3 year old Sonny Azurdia-Fraser from Hillhead Glasgow waits for  Glasgow Lord Provost Bob Winter to open the restored  Stewart Memorial Fountain, Kelvingrove.Park , Built in 1872 the fountain landmarks the supply of fresh water to the city in memory of the achievement of Robert Stewart, it has cost £500.000 to restore, and is opened on the anniversary of the day that clean water flowed for the first time to the city.
