Fraser found guilty of murdering wife for a second time

Fraser acted with others to kill his wife Arlene, 33, at their home in Elgin, Moray or elsewhere in Scotland. The 53-year-old was found guilty of her murder in January 2003 and jailed for life but appealed the conviction and had it quashed by the Supreme Court in London last year. At the High Court in Edinburgh on Wednesday, a jury of seven men and eight women found him guilty on the second day of deliberations. Fraser denied murdering his wife in April 1998, entering pleas of alibi and incrimination.<br />
