Glenrothes town centre which has just received the dubious honour of the Plook on  the Plinth award from Prospect magazine's Gordon Young. The award was received by Fiona Purnell a reporter with the Glenrothes Gazette who are foremost in a campaign to improve the town's reputation as a carbuncle.
